These Galas are held twice a year, around May and November. These not-to-be missed gala events, are much more than student recitals, in that these evenings combine food, friends, fun and an amazing roster of performances by Arabesque students from far and wide. There are usually about 300 Bellydancers performing along with 500 Bellydance enthusiasts in the audience.

Each Sunday, Layali Arabesque (Arabesque Nights) offers a real Arabic nightclub experience. Dance to live traditional acoustic music by Arabesque Orchestra and featuring vocalist Bassam Bishara.
Each night, the featured dancer performs two 30-minute shows. One set is Cabaret style (two-piece costume and veil) and the second set is an Egyptian folklore style such as Shamadan, Assaya, or Milaya. Both the music and the dance performance are improvised.
Arabesque Dance Company performs regularly in local arts and cultural festivals, in addition to special local and and worldwide performances. For information about upcoming Arabesque Dance Company performances, see the Events page.
